We offer Electrical & Mechanical Engineering and Consultancy Services through the full process of the project. Projects that Asahi Consulting staff have had experience on include:

Building Condition Reports & Asset Evaluation Reports
We prepare building condition reports on behalf of the client to enable a decision to be made as to whether to procure a property or the basis of negotiation for the same. These reports can also asses remedial or development works required for a client owned property. Asset evaluation reports assist the client to determine the current value of a property or engineering works. Such reports can be the basis of engineering consultancy services.
Project Management
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived constraints that include scope, time, and budget. The secondary challenge is to optimize resource allocation and integrate the inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives. Asahi Consulting assists clients’ project manager(s) to manage the project, or provide full project management services for the client on the project.
