Asahi Consulting Company Overview
Asahi Consulting Ltd was incorporated in 2008. We are a team of knowledgeable and internationally exposed building services engineers whose intention is provide an alternative to the current design process and ethos. Our design process is based on our strong commitment to the environment, intent on creating a low carbon future for us all. We employ sustainable means to provide safe, comfortable and optimized environments within buildings (and externally). We consider whole life costs of building services, operating costs (including maintenance), user operability, and robustness. Our principle goal is to provide capital cost value engineering as well as operating cost value engineering to the client and other construction consultants.
Mechanical Engineering
Engineering consultancy on analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems for buildings. Includes air conditioning, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, etc.
Electrical Engineering
Engineering consultancy on the application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. Includes lighting, telecomm services, energy audits, generator installations, etc.
Project Management
Maximizing resource allocation by assisting client project managers, and/or providing full project management services for clients on their projects.
Building/Asset Eval. Reports
Preparing building condition reports to inform ‘buy’ decisions, assessing remedial or development works, and assisting clients to determine current property values.
