The Principal & Associate Engineers have a combined experience of over 25 years in various areas of services engineering, from Operations & Maintenance of Industrial facilities to Services Engineering Consultancy & Construction Project Management.
As its core competency, the Company provides consultancy services in the area of building services. Our design approach is to design for building services which are integral to the building rather than separate, specialist installations. This approach requires and focuses on a good understanding of buildings, building design & construction as well as all building engineering. We provide a detailed & considered approach to building services in order to provide building users with a maintained level of comfort which maximizes their productivity and enjoyment of the facility.

Company Overview
The company was incorporated in 2008. Our intention is provide an alternative to the current design process and ethos. Our design process is based on our strong commitment to the environment. We employ sustainable means to providing the required environment within the building (and externally). We consider whole life costs of building services, operating costs (including maintenance), user operability, and robustness. Our principle goal is to provide capital cost value engineering as well as operating cost value engineering to the client and other construction consultants.
